Nathanael Mason 2026, also referred to as Mason for WV (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
By enrolling in or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you no longer wish to participate in the Program or agree to these Terms, you may reply STOP to any mobile message from Us to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opt-In Methods
You may opt into the Program by:
Completing a sign-up form on Our website and checking the applicable text-message consent box;
Providing your mobile telephone number through another enrollment method that clearly discloses the Program; or
Providing explicit consent through any other method indicated by Mason for WV.
Regardless of the opt-in method used, these Terms apply to your participation in the Program. By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile telephone number provided or otherwise have authorization to enroll that number in the Program.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Program, campaign activity, elections, legislative developments, or other relevant events. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional messages may be sent based on your interactions with Us.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your messaging or data plan.
STOP Command and Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages and discontinue your participation in the Program, reply STOP to any mobile message from Us. You may receive a final confirmation message notifying you that you have been unsubscribed.
After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive messages through the Program unless you affirmatively opt in again. Only the exact single-keyword command STOP may be recognized automatically. Requests using different words or phrases may not be recognized or processed immediately.
